A few months ago, a dear friend and former editor called me to talk about a new project — a start up online wine and spirits magazine — Wine and Whiskey Globe. With this terrific re-connection came an offer to write about wine (and the occasional cocktail) and share my experiences and recommendations. I’m not anything close to his lead wine writer, but I have enjoyed sending several pieces a month over to this fun little magazine! And it’s been a real pleasure to write about wine again – something I haven’t done in several years.
